A thousand lanterns will be used in this one-of-a-kind event to paint the night sky with hope, dreams, and wishes, making for an amazing experience.
Location: Sansai, in the province of Chiang Mai, in Lanna Dhutanga, which is close to Mae Jo University.

Transportation Included: Take advantage of our service's smooth transportation, which includes pick-up and drop-off at any hotel or guesthouse in Chiang Mai that is located within a 3-kilometer radius. Throughout the journey, a tour guide and a minivan with a skilled driver will ensure your comfort and safety.
Activities and Time
3.00 pm – 3.30 pm: Pick you up from the hotel in Chiang Mai that is located within a 3-kilometer radius.
4.00 pm : On the way to the event.
4.30 pm – 5.00 pm: Arrive at the venue (Lanna Dhutanga) one hour before the ceremony begins, which is before 6:00 p.m
Receive souvenirs / a meal box filled with delicious food
Take the opportunity to visit the cultural exhibition about the traditions of the Lanna and the hill tribes, presented by the Foundation’s scholarship holders.
6:00 pm: All honored guests and tourists are invited to enter the ceremony area.
7:00 pm: The ceremony begins with regulative announcements by the MC, followed by chanting and meditation.
7:30 pm: Participation in the circumambulation ceremony and the lighting ceremony.
8:00 pm: Ceremony to pay homage to the Lord by releasing lanterns.
8.30 – 9.00 pm: End of the ceremony.

Transportation : We pick up you at any Chiang Mai City Hotel or Guesthouse in a 3KM radius and drive you back to you hotel after the event **

Important Notes
** Participants must be at least 12 years old to adhere to the security policy and to prevent disturbing other participants with loud noise.
** It is forbidden to use fireworks, sky lanterns, firearms, gaming equipment, and unlawful products like alcoholic drinks.
** Participants are respectfully asked to wear appropriate attire.
** Respect and peace should be shown when engaging in religious activities to preserve the sanctity of the ritual.
** No smoking or consuming alcohol within the temple.
** The Yeepeng Lanna International may not be able to be organized as a result of the organizer's exposure to unforeseeable circumstances that cannot be averted, such as natural disasters and domestic politics; therefore, there is no return policy for the tickets. The risk must be accepted by the participants.
** Benefits could change at any time without prior notification.
** NOT ALLOW taking pictures inside the monk area.
** Only from the seating area is permitted; a selfie stick, ladder, tripod, or dolly equipment is NOT ALLOWED.
** The highlight of this event is a Buddhist ritual that includes chanting, meditation, and the launching of lanterns for peace. For peace of mind and safety, adhere strictly to the announcer's directions.
